CHANDLER
Description/History
Chandler continues to be one of Arizona’s fastest-growing communities thanks to its affordable housing, excellent schools, gorgeous parks, great shopping, and diverse dining. Most homes are single-family, but there are apartments, condos and townhomes available too. Many of the larger homes are located in a beautiful community called Ocotillo, surrounded by lakes and a golf course. Chandler’s southeast housing market expanded drastically starting in 2004 adding many fabulous master-planned neighborhoods.
Freeway Access
Easy access to 4 major highways: the loop 101, 202, I-10 and the US60.
