Location: Chandler is a prominent suburb east of Phoenix. It is bordered to the north and west by Tempe and Mesa, to the west by Ahwatukee, and to the east by Gilbert.
Chandler continues to be one of Arizona’s fastest-growing communities thanks to its affordable housing, excellent schools, gorgeous parks, great shopping, and diverse dining. Most homes are single-family, but there are apartments, condos and townhomes available too. Many of the larger homes are located in a beautiful community called Ocotillo, surrounded by lakes and a golf course. Chandler’s southeast housing market expanded drastically starting in 2004 adding many fabulous master-planned neighborhoods.
Easy access to 4 major highways: the loop 101, 202, I-10 and the US60.
